YOUR TASK
- Supporting the project management team in planning, managing, and implementing IT projects
- Collaborating on resource planning and prioritizing ongoing projects across the company
- Maintaining and developing project and release roadmaps in Jira, as well as supporting sprint planning and tracking
- Supporting coordination between development teams, project management, and customers
- Collaborating on the preparation and execution of release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Supporting quality assurance
- Taking on smaller task packages or sub-projects on your own responsibility—with room for your own ideas and initiative

What you bring
YOUR EDUCATION
- You are studying business administration or project management, or are enrolled in a comparable degree program.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Ideally, you already have experience in project management
- You are familiar with agile development methods such as Scrum
- Ideally, you have already worked with web technologies or are interested in them.
- Initial experience with a content management system (CMS) (e.g., WordPress, TYPO3, Drupal, or similar) is an advantage.
- You are familiar with Jira—and ideally Confluence as well—or you are motivated to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with these tools.
YOUR SKILLS
- You are characterized by a high degree of teamwork and strong communication skills
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, even in a dynamic environment with several parallel projects.
- You show initiative and are not afraid to take on responsibility for smaller tasks or projects.
